Toynbec Close – BR7

This stunning Japanese influenced extension to an 1980/90’s house designed by the talented Fraher & Findlay architects is a combination of natural materials, exposed structure, and vaulted ceilings. We helped the clients with the onsite coordination and procurement. The kitchen is another great example of a hybrid with ‘off the shelf’ ‘cabinets and custom timber and fenix fronts made by Husk.

Ketie was recommended to us by our architect and was an invaluable partner to us throughout our renovation. First of all she is super rigorous and organised - using a shared project management site with all of our budgeting trackers, timetables, contracts, pictures, and lists of decisions to make in one place :). She removes a lot of the hassle of renovating - dealing directly with the main builder and all the suppliers (while also allowing us to step in and have direct relationships when we want), and additionally helping us to avoid common pitfalls/challenges with her extensive experience of the processes. Finally she is super enjoyable to work with - very friendly and easygoing (important when dealing with the many challenges renovation inevitably brings!). Overall we would highly recommend Ketie to anyone embarking on a renovation project!
