Parbury Road – SE23

Our clients had been looking to extend for a while. The client's sister designed the space and we helped them manage the on-site works and procurement which allowed them to focus on their busy jobs and family life. This kitchen is a great example of what you can achieve on a budget, combining ‘off the shelf’ units, custom sprayed Shaker fronts, lovely handles and a Dekton worktop.

Ketie project managed our groundfloor extension in South East London over several months in Summer/Autumn 2021.  I can honestly say Ketie was the best money I spent on the entire project. She made my life as easy as it could possibly be by getting quotes for and instructing all relevant professionals, liaising with professionals and builders, researching different options for all furnishings, electronics etc and ensuring they were ordered and delivered in line with the build, carrying out regular site inspections and holding the builders to account. All of this meant that for the most part I could concentrate on the fun parts of the renovation, picking the looks I wanted and making decisions based on small, well curated lists rather than the whole internet. So far this may sound like a good project management service but, truly, Ketie went above and beyond. We had issues with our builders (which I found, not Ketie - I should have gone with hers!) and she worked tirelessly to hold them to account. She also organised for my windows to travel through several of my neighbours gardens as they could not fit through our front doors - she knocked on doors and co-ordinated everything. When our builders let us down she found new, trusted builders who did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Our finished look is to a great extent down to her. We are thrilled with the finished product and would not have got here without Ketie - she is organised, tenacious, honest and a joy to work with.  She really goes above and beyond to ensure her clients make good decisions and achieve outstanding results.

Thank you Ketie!!
